The Leadership Book Club is a great way to get together with your peers to share and discuss what you have learned from the books as it relates to you professionally and personally. We come up with ideas of how to deal with difficult situations and share our successes.
How to Participate:
Participants can join this self-guided book club by registering online and reading one chapter each week for six weeks. Employee participants will receive their own free copy of the book. Every Monday, participants will receive a brief email with an encouraging note, reflection, and discussion prompt related to that week’s chapter. Employees are encouraged to participate on their own or form small discussion groups within or across departments. The more people we have learning the same material, the more we can all speak the same language while we grow together.

SPRING 2026 LEADERSHIP BOOK CLUB
"How Full Is Your Bucket"
- Rath & Don Clifton
Organized around a simple metaphor of a dipper and a bucket -- already familiar to thousands of people -- How Full Is Your Bucket? shows how even the smallest interactions we have with others every day profoundly affect our relationships, productivity, health and longevity. Coauthor Don Clifton studied the effects of positive and negative emotions for half a century, and he and his colleagues interviewed millions of people around the world. Their discoveries contributed to the emergence of an entirely new field: Positive Psychology. These same discoveries are at the heart of How Full Is Your Bucket?
